The FPDI PDF-Parser is a replacement of the PDF parser that is shipped with FPDI by default. Just extract the content of this package to your existing FPDI directory to overwrite the file pdf_parser.php and extract additional files in the filters folder.
The download package of an evaluation license includes a PHP file (loadLicense.php) that includes the above line, so that you just have to require the file and the license will be loaded automatically.

I proceeded to visit the link, which advised to use the commercial addon fpdi-pdf-parser. This file is already included with the rest of the files. And in the installation steps, it is said that there are no other steps that are needed to be made, but I am still getting the same error.

ACTUAL RESULT:The grading view does not show the parts of the pdf. Namely, the coloured annotations are missing. When downloaded and viewed in the browser or a system viewer, all layers of the pdf are visible (indicating that the pdf is stored correctly by Moodle).
The issue may be with the FDPI library. When I upload the attached file to -pdf-parser/details/, the parser displays only the black layer, not the annotations. Per the FPDI Manual at -manual/v2/limitations/, "Dynamic content like link annotations, form fields or any other page annotations cannot be attached to a form XObject because they are related to the coordinates of the origin page. So FPDI is not able to import this kind of content." 2ff7e9595c
